As part of the acquisition of nWay, the Company announced unsecured loan agreements of $2.5 million with attached 12-month options, of which $2 million are not yet collected.

It looks like The Company has received only $500k of the $2.5 million loan that was to be funded by Yat Siu and other current investors!
The remaining funds will need to flow into the Company prior to a closing of the nWay deal!

CORRECTION:

In my previous post I stated Q4 legal and consulting fees were $650k, actual expenses were closer to $900k.
