If Ted was smart, he would figure out his best asset in an acquisition is a high share price.
Once he gets the share price firing, he can acquire more businesses, in a quicker timeframe.
it also makes it easier to raise new capital for acquisitions and working capital.
But greedy old Ted just wants to line his own pockets!!
So much experience, so little knowledge.
