Well I thought it was atrocious reading given how poorly it is written!!
How does a board approve that with huge errors in it?!? Did they read it?
Format and order also poor in terms of communicating what the market needs to understand.
Revenues up on last year apparently, but you have to go back to look at that QTRLY to find out.
If we did $990k revenue last year, must have done over $1m in revenue this qtr. Why not just tell us that?
I hope Bryan understands what a great opportunity he has in front of him here.
He can come in and really drive a lot of value for himself and shareholders quite easily.
Build revenue growth, create synergies, control costs, report and engage the market.
This will head to $20m market cap very quickly if he can pull that off!!
