Here is the CSIRO page regarding the testing of antivirals. Looks like they are using, in addition in vivo and in vitro, lab grown cells - sounds similar to the method used by the US study. Excited to see the results. Although the yanks seem to be moving faster - if the results are positive the local publicity and chance of securing federal funding support will be greater. The race is on!
