The business is Saas last-mile delivery software, not 'Governance'. They needed to improve their governance, so they brought on these experts to sort it out, which it seems like they have. Now they may be realising that governance doesn't grow a small tech company. Kinda makes sense to me, though the thing about not aligning with the company mgmt sounds a bit dodgy to me... would have liked them to explain that.
There is no clear winner in this tech space so it's still a race, and I'm hoping this company is learning quickly from all their mistakes (I reckon they f'd up some enterprise integrations).
This company changes so much every year!
