These are independent directors. They are there to look after the interest of ordinary shareholders.
It is EXTREMELY UNUSUAL WHEN ALL 3 DIRECTORS RESIGNED TOGETHER ON THE SAME DAY!!!
Just Name One Public Company this has happened to, and have survived (continued trading) beyond another 12 months!!!
Who is foolish enough to sign up as director now and potentially ruin their reputation?
