Anyone who thinks 3 independent board members resigning at the same time after only a short period when the company is in turmoil and is facing a class action and ASIC law suit needs their head read.
Burning through cash at a rate of knots. Either the product isn't ready, has lots of bugs or they just don't know what they are doing or what direction to take. It also seems they are unable to get any real traction in the market. Remember they have been selling their software for a couple of years now but revenues are still tiny.
Bane and Joel need to go for this company to have any chance IMO. How they are still around after such terrible performances is amazing.
