    Their legal team would advise them otherwise. They have nothing to gain when they have to answer in a court of law.

    How many people would they have to con to accomplish this?

    Not everyone can be bought. Further, Joel has stated that almost his entire net worth is in the company. And he hasn't taken a single share off the table.
