No insights past my own speculations:
Don't think the claim size has been published and the company seems happy to take the fight all the way. Insurance coverage the other great unknown rarely discussed by CA proponents.
FIL increasing... I personally wouldn't be investing more money into a company if I was confident of a large payout from a CA. Seems counter intuitive. But that is just me.
ASIC... I think it would be to the detriment of the company and shareholders to lose Bane and Joel as leaders. Company mentioned "model litigant" behaviour in the 4c, but I believe this is the new normal for this post royal commission ASIC. I'd be happy with an outcome that meant no changes in management team, but a real risk. Though with some smart contingency planning, not insurmountable.
