The question is why on earth we kept our CEO for so long on lucrative salary and bonuses when according to board we don’t need CEO to successfully operate the business plan and how many more should go as well because they’re obviously doing nothing to improve company financial situation in the last year. IMHO the whole board should go and be replaced with newly fresh blood. If you consider that after raising and spending more then $100M of investors money in the last 10 years, every single shareholder who invested in history of this company, except the ones who bought few shares yesterday at all time low is in the deep red and at the huge loss, is indicative that this board doesn’t deserve support of shareholders and investors anymore. These incompetent lifestyles blood suckers need to go. All IMHO
