And that's not necessarily a big disadvantage. While these sale reps might not be selling dyevert exclusively, at least they would have good existing relationships with the customers (the hospitals / medicos) so this might actually be better than a cold call from an Osprey rep. Much also depends on the margin they can make on selling this product versus something else in their catalogue. A great seasoned agent with existing relationships can be much more effective to tap into than an in-house rep.
