High costs but a step in the right direction nonetheless. Also worth to note the lag period between signing ISA's, training them up, and then achieving market penetration - at best around 5-6 months but you'd think more likely around 12-18months for it to be material. i.e. those 8 new ISA signings and the 26 states they cover are yet to impact sales because of the lag period.
