My comment relates specifically to recurring revenue, not repeat. They are different, and yes, valued differently by 'the market'. It is telling that they have combined the 2 in their '60%' commentary.
Managements comment re R&D initiatives to generate recurring revenue streams in 12 to 24 months suggests they get it.
