Can anyone here tell me what the competitive advantages of Bigtincan are and why they should be sustainable?

I don't know much about Bigtincan, but Pipedrive and Showpad appear to be bigger and better players. Maybe they are not directly comparable?

Without pointing out the growth to date or the size of the market, I would appreciate it if someone could teach me what is special about it and why it should continue to grow.
