The company have said they will resubmit to TGA this year. It's reasonable to assume that they would be successful because they now have very specific criteria to address. It takes time.
Personally I'm taking a rational stance, acknowledging that putting frustrations aside is difficult given the market sentiment currently. It's a bumpy road, but essentially I trust in the science, and believe that Otto would like to put his name to the success of this, plus because a multi billionaire too!
