Sorry to double post but also just to clarify, Borano was not the first person to request the document - if you check the thread out there is this comment from the TGA:

"The TGA is currently processing an FOI request for documents relating to
the ColoSTAT application for entry on to the Australian Register of
Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). It is likely that the decision maker will
release these documents to the applicant subject to any exemption claims
made by the third parties whose documents fall within the scope of this
request."

Again, the above request would also have required consultation from RHY, hence the term "further TGA Freedom of Information (FOI) requests" in their latest update
