You also have to remember that there are 2 sets of legal fees here. Cellmid & Ikon to be paid.
Reading the report it says the Ikon judgement and interest is a significant item that was paid but no mention of Ikon legals being paid.
What if the the $2.188m was made up of only judgement + interest + one off Cellmid legals?
May be worth a clarifying question to my mind.
