Exactly correct Lombard - I interpreted it the way you have and that is why I posted the way I did.
There was no mention of Ikon's legal fees and I think it is safe to assume they were made to pay their own - probably due to them bringing the legal action. They were compensated with interest and the judge probably thought that was enough...
