*Achieved EBITDA of +A$200k in March Quarter, a significant result given COVID-19 impact
from late March and seasonal lull over holiday period
* Positive operational cash flow of $21,000 for the March Quarter
Sorry but massive warning sign for me is management who provide the market with spin in the face of trouble.
To say you achieved EBITDA of $200K in March Quarter being a significant result given C-19 impact from late March.
Lets be honest, you are only banking sales commission on settlement. And ALL March quarter settlements are from property exchanged from Nov- mid Feb.
With listings falling through the floor and sales at the lowest levels in our history, this business is in serious trouble.
Very little volume ever trades here but should any supporters from the last 5 cap raises want even $50K of cash invested out....there simply is no bid side support.
