    Hi Bigfin.

    You raise some excellent points.

    The 4C does include both jobkeeper and cashflow boost in its numbers. And because there is a lag from property exchange to settlement and payment of agent GCI then we are currently looking at numbers from volume done in the first quarter of this year. Mainly Feb and March.

    This business has so much potential and if they could wipe all the debt and start a fresh today they would be a winner.

    And if my grandma had balls, she would be my grandpa.
