Active customers are always quoted as numbers representing the time period in question. . ie. actives for the month, the quarter, the half year, the full year.

It all seems to be semantics now, these guys are just cherry picking stats to keep the optimists hoping someone will buy the company. Mark my words, if it happens, and that's a huge if, it will be for cents in the dollar. Get out now while you are still in the black!

I think this does have the potential to become big. The management is great and I don't think the quarterly numbers are too bad.
As far as this crashing is concerned, the chart still looks good and one should always use stop loss to protect capital.
