All I can see is that they have spent the deemed ill begotten money to pay themselves $1M/annum salaries and to acquire revenue, so that each of them got a ~$7M payday after the performance D,E,F revenues hurdles have been triggered... in the US people like Joe & Bane go to jail for at least 20 years with these kind of shenanigans...
...also, their losses are getting bigger every quarter....so yay..they have made $12M in revenue, but recorded the highest loss since being listed....
...so again, why do you think that the bear case is falling away....?
...all I can see the merit slowly for another CA case....and racketeering charges in the US now that they have officially used this money to enrich, only themselves...
