I’d like to open a bit of discussion around the potential motivations of our Chinese partner- Mobvoi. I’ve managed to lose a crapload of money on companies that got tied up with Chinese partners that ended up being screwed over one way or another. That doesn’t mean the same will happen here, but experience tells me to beware.
Are we 100% confident that the goals and objectives of Mobvoi are aligned with CDX shareholders and growing CDX share price value?
Just putting this out there for discussion, noting cash in the bank looks OK for now but CDX had cash outflows of over $1.2 mill for the June Qtr - what do we think could happen if there are any further delays to the Mobvoi launch? Especially if the launch doesn’t happen prior to options expiry in November?
