Probably because they aren't in a rush to get any old pleb and you cant just pick a ceo that's available off the shelf at your local woollies. Ffs some people here do my head in. Might as well be like: "but how do you know an asteroid is going to crash into the company huh? Huh?! Sell sell sell".
