Don't underestimate Craig & Niall. They would have been planning the run into the conversion date of 30th Nov for some time, because as the 4c clearly shows, they need the cash! I'm sure the market reaction to low cash position in the 4c was entirely predictable, get that out of the way and then make some juicy announcements to generate some volume and ensure options remain in the money ...

I expect details and some razzamatazz around the Mobvoi launch by the end of the week.
And news on FDA submission for ConneQt Pulse shortly thereafter.

Let's see .... it should be an interesting few weeks either way, but I'm also looking forward to the clear air from 1 Dec onwards.
