    ... no ... it refers to an annual shopping event in the USA & parts of Europe ... always the first Friday following Thanksgiving .... mega sales from Kmart , Walmart & the like , for 24 hours .. last year it was November 27 , Thanksgiving being the day before , Thursday 26 , 2020 ...
