One cannot just pick and choose portions of revenue to fit a narrative. Even if one were to assume only US 1,000,000 as the first payment, it is still revenue. There is still further revenue to realize and we still have yet to see any new IP agreements to be signed. It is still only the beginning of the year.
The updated announcement about the MegaChips agreement, on the ASX site, also points out that they also can generate additional revenue under their agreement (yet not quantifiable) through royalties on sales of products to MegaChips' customers containing Akida technology, license fees for application-specific product development, project fees for proof of concept development with MegaChips' customers, and fees for support services and licensing of software associated with the Akida IP.
