I am sure quite a bit of shorters are ready to short big if we gap up.
So ideally, if BRN wants to have any chance to go higher it should open slightly red (to trap the shorters) and let the buyers take over and go hard.
But I agree, price might gap up little bit and then fall hard as LDA start selling. They already missed the opportunity to sell at 200 now they do not want to miss to sell above 130.
I think 15 Million shares to go?
