A couple of takeaways of note:

1. The current 4C cash balance of $19.4 million needs to have added to it the LDA Capital put option recently exercised of $13.5 million giving a present cash balance of $US32.9 million or $AU46 million.

2. An increase in earnings to $US1.1 million or $AU 1,540,000 in circumstances where the Acting CEO Mr. Peter van der Made presented at the last AGM cash flow predictions showing that income generation would remain relatively flat through to the end of second quarter 2022 at which time income from sales and IP licence fees and royalties would start to kick in. Also in the announcement regarding the MegaChip licence agreement it stated that the $US2 million odd would be paid to Brainchip during 2022.

3. Employees of the company exercised options they received paying $US1.2 million/$AU1.68 million to Brainchip in a display of confidence in the company.

4. The German Institution BNP Paribas Nominees Pt Ltd ACF Clearstream now holds 64,407,749 shares which is an increase from the 59 million odd that Doz posted recently after having inspected the share register.
