i was just waiting for you to say this.

Regarding to the LDA capital finance agreement
ok , Yes, by definition, financing agreement with LDA capital is a form of capital raise. And that finance deal was organised a year ago. And obviously this is not the kind of CR some people were worried about. because if that is the kind of CR people were refering to. there is nothing mysterious about this arrangement. The terms and condition were all laid out so that market have already priced in this information.

We had drawn the capital from LDA a couple times:
First time: 13-Aug-2020, closing SP on the last trading day: 16.5c
the impact of this announcement of SP: SP rose to 17.5 on the day, rose to 20c on the next day, and rose to 97c after three weeks.

Second time: 16-08-2021, closing SP on the last trading day: 53.5c
the impact of this announcement of SP: SP dropped to 49c on the day, dropped to 48.5c on the next day, then briefly touched around around 40c, but rose to 68c by end of December 2021. I am not even trying to mention what happened after that.

Third time: 14-01-2022, closing SP on the last trading day: $1.40
the impact of this announcement of SP: SP rose to $1.50 on the day, dropped to $1.48 on the next. and then rose to $2.13 two days later.

So tell me, what pattern of impact on SP do you find from the announcement of these capital calls?

To give you my honest thought, I found no regular, indicative pattern at all. SP has gone rose or dropped after such annoucement. There has been no consistency of the impact to SP. Why? because the market has priced in this LDA financing deals mate. Every capital call announced was merely the execution of the previous signed contract, and were executed according the terms and condition that are known to the market.

If the LDA capital financing agreement was one of the red flags, then lucky it wasn't for me back in 2020, otherwise I would have sold my holdings at 17c... Keep this kind of logic to yourself mate, or at least try to be objective about this topic.

And if you are suggesting that the stock will pump again because there will be another capital call, then thank you for providing a reason for us to buy this dip and wait for the pump, thanks to the LDA capital.

Now regarding to whether SNN is the only future technology we need.

I assume you meant you are not happy with people saying SNN is only solution for Edge AI in the future, please correct me if im wrong.

Base on that, I don't know what others claimed, but I never said SNN is the only solution. it is very common that people are trying difference approach to solve a particular issue.

From the research I have done, SNN is by far the most effective solution to support Edge AI application that requires low and ultra-low power consumption. Can you please name one competitor that has technology that can achieve power consumption at microwatt to milliwatt range? If yes, when is it going to start commercialise? If no, what is wrong with investing in the company that achieved that much of competitor advantage?
