    ok Mdiddy,
First Announcement of LDA capital finance: 13-Aug-2020, closing SP on the last trading day: 16.5c

compare the issue price of 15c and 20c to the 16.5c share price at the time right before the announcement. Could you tell me if that is a unbelievably good finance deal? the average issue price were dearer that the market price of 16.5c at that time, not cheaper, am I wrong?

on the same announcement on that day, it clearly laid out the terms for future capital call:

Then you compare with the capital call announced on 16-Aug-2021, tell me if you believe the terms were materially changed. if not, can we agree the markets were not surprised by those capital calls. If you read the anouncement carefully, there is time limit for the minimum amount of facility to be draw. The market were fully informed back in 2020 about how the capital calls will play out.

Capital call on 14-Jan-2022, and again, did you see any material change in the terms?

Now you brought up Nvidia Orin nano again,
I thought I have laid out pretty clear from the last conversation. Nvidia Orin minimum power consumption 5 to 15 Watt. Akida: microwatt to milliwatt. and brainchip is focusing enable Edge AI application that needs very low and ultra low power consumptions. is 5 Watt ultra low power consumption? I even gave you the research result of the typical power efficiency requirement for Edge AI, which is 1 to 5 Watt and sometimes even less.

Regarding to the Qualcomm Snapdragon, mate, I know the power consumption of it, but I am going to leave if for your to research and find the answer. I love open discussion as well, but only when both parties putting some efforts. sending me a link is not worth my time to guess what you trying to say. Please give me some relevant screenshot and highlights.

Remember, we are talking amount Smart sensors, vast amount of applications does not even have reliable power supply. Many of them will only be powered by AAA batteries, button batteries or even by tiny solar panels. computing power consumption in watts simply cannot satisfy the needs of these applications.

And also remember, Brainchip's IP is so flexible that we can scale the number of nodes, the clock speed and etc, as said by Sean in an interview (fast forward to 10m:00s). that means we go to very power efficient for those application that doesn't have a power supply like IoT devices, But if somebody has a power supply and just want lots and lots of rock performance, we can go toe to toe with ANYBODY
