Well done. Either they were greedy and ignorant or that is what they wanted. Anyway, the market understood the message. Now, they can issue new 4c options with a longer expiry date at the next raise for new soph investors.

Imo, the board needs a shake up, just to gain back investor's confidence/sentiment. The current board destroyed all SHs values and sentiment due to their terrible capital managment and they keep doing the same. They need to send a different message to the market. Instead, they are happily issuing new options for themselves destroying further the investors' confidence.

Back to optimism. That is why SIS in this current situation. Some reality check would have been a good thing during the past 5 years. I do not say that optism is a bad thing but too much of it is called dreaming.
