I would be pretty p*ssed off if it was...given the make up of the T20, any small cash issue could be resolved by talking to a few shareholders...there are many other options to solve a short term cash situation...
Having said that....no, I don't think it would be to do with that facility as there has been no announcement regarding issue of shares
