Two ideal scenarios for myself:
1) I'd love to see us be cash flow positive, stop the bleeding of funds, and obtain a new loan from a different party to pay off the PURE loan in March (get rid of those warrants that ratchet on significant share issuing), and slowly keep growing the business
Or
2) Make a large announcement that gives investors further confidence in the business with a plan on the path forward. Adventurer 3.0? Partnership / integration with Life360? Having a generational new kids watch (waterproof!) out prior to Oct for the holiday sales would get me to open my wallet again and support a share issue (as long as PURE's warrant's don't ratchet again and we get diluted into oblivion).
There has been little in terms of updates going through to the watches, so I'm hoping that the software engineers employed at Spacetalk are working on something meaningful and big. Almost 3 years ago, Spacetalk released a "
Level Up" feature release to existing watches. Is there another program in the works?
