Brainchip has a $AU50 million facility with LDA Capital if they decide to call on it beyond the current $AU12 million call leaves $AU38 million which added to the $US13 million you referred to and based on the current cash burn would give about 3 years of runway in the absence of any revenue or tax rebates.
