When you consider that Dr. Guerci the cognitive radar expert was amazed how he repurposed the chip in pretty short time, the product has merit. The problem lies with management. There's more professor's on staff than the MIT cafeteria at lunchtime. Intellectuals traditionally have little ability to sell stuff. The company has no idea how to commercialize their own product and are happy to let prospects do that work. The CEO has to go. He's been there 2 5 years and achieved little. The company needs a merchant. A person that identifies an opportunity and produces a compelling product rather than swanning round and waiting for someone to see the value and develop it on their behalf.
