I’m honestly baffled people we’re expecting more.
the revenue model is simple and has been explained thoroughly by brainchip…
the company sells IP
they receive an upfront license fee.
there have been 0 IP deals in over 2 years…
where are people expecting imaginary money turn up from?
maybe people are expecting royalties? Renesas bought a license over 3 years ago. Taped out a chip with akida IP and clearly it is not and might not ever go to market.
megachips signed a license over 2 years ago clearly non of their customers have produced a chip with akida IP in it YET.
WITHOUT new IP licenses there will be little to NO revenue.

akida 1500 (available since 2023)
akida 2.0 (available since 2023)
2 licenses have been sold
renesas 2020
megachips 2021.
no new licenses no new revenue end of story.
