Even though this might make sense commercially, I think it would be a disaster for shareholders.
Spacetalk has to dig its way out with cash flow. It's so important, psychologically, that the company does not raise capital at or near these levels.
Build some momentum and investor confidence, let the share price run, then re-evaluate.
