5) Final product testing, prototyping, marketing strategy and action plan. - no announcement to market possible.
6) Manufacturing strategy. - no announcement to market possible.
7) Customer proceeds with manufacturing and launch. - no announcement to market possible.
8) Product sells and license fee revenue stream starts flowing to BRN - open ended - more they sell, the more fees they pay - what's the deal worth? - no announcement to market possible.

Where in that chain of events does BRN get the opportunity to announce a quantifiable sales contract?
