They don't need to. SPA is managing to grow despite the PAM toxic debt that is now being repaid out of cashflow. However, the broadening of the register is good news and the recent CR is designed to allow international growth to continue under the Strategic Plan.
My reading is the majority of the 35c Options unlikely to be exercised relying more on institutional investors topping up regularly within ASX rules. Those of us with these Options can still exercise around September 2025.
