in regards to the CEO & BOD we’re certainly paying, well and truly paying and rewarding, yet we are failin it’s sheer commercial reality, some of these individuals need to be replaced with more suitable commercially competent operators to convert bookings into sales to produce profit.
I respect your views and I have been exceptionally patient, but my experience tells me the CEO is a risk to shareholders and a few members of the BOD do not “add value” and should be replaced with more competent professionals!
