The amusing (?) point to ponder is that the Board is still in place after years of really poor performance, asset fire sales (the farms), heavily discounted capital raising, diluted shareholder equity etc etc - and the spin continues and it's expected to be believed.
Shareholders have either given up in disgust and accept the inevitable, or have walked away with heavy losses.
There seems to be no consequences for this on-going poor performance, the same people are there doing the same things and expecting a step-change in performance.
