It’s business model got problems, people who’d spend 20-$30+/tin on infant formula , they only trust the major brands, I don’t think they will use their babies to try a new/unknown brand. Simply there is very limited market unless the company could spend huge amount of money on marketing.

another problem is the shelf life of the infant formula products , 18months . if exports, when arrive and are for sale in the market, normally just 12 months left , if cannot be sold within 6 months, it’s in danger to be written. Sounds simple, but this is why most of the new brand Aussie infant formula failed in China in the past. AHF is just repeating other people’s failure. They actually should focus on and expand its organic milk business , until its brand has been well accepted by the market then starts to develop higher level products.

we run cattle farm as well, raising circa 1000 cattle, it’s difficult to run profitable if the farm managed by third party. You mentioned farm milk, yes the farm gate price soared from 45c-72c to even 90c /l in past 12 months in NSW. Not sure about VIC, may be 60-70c? still improved a lot, AHF should receive more from its fresh milk if they have.
