    I think it really come down to SH's being at the mercy of Lucerne, given they now also have a seat on the board.
    I wouldn't say guaranteed default, because there can always be some kind of new 'arrangement' made, but I would suggest that any such 'arrangement' will likely involve SH's being firmly shafted.
