• ADV Japan to assume its net debt position amounting to $0.8m (includes all of AN1’s $1.3m outstanding debt) • AN1 receives additional upfront cash payment of approximately $222K
Clear as mud, which given the rain seems appropriate. Does this mean that ADV Japan was currently ahead of the game by .5million if the AN1 position of 1.3 Debt transitions to .8m under ADV JP. Item 2: Is the 222,000 upfront already included in the net debt ADV JP position?
