At which time I suspect they will be wrapped up (with the BLC part effectively being double wrapped), marketed as being a profitable business (albeit not seasoned) and then flicked off to be absorbed by another ambitious like-minded business for say, $500k upfront, a purse full of shares with the obligatory lick & promise of future royalty payments...

How would the micro caps survive without the offerings of the dark & dingy world of M&A's?

Agreed Dentie. Seems we have an M&A obsessed Board; who knows what business will be flicked next or bought or both.

What is the real product here…the items we call stock in trade or the business entities coming or going packaged into a clever M&A deal?
