With Evolis, even with its proven science, there is just too much competition be it Disallowed or credible product that has one way or the other established huge customer base. Watermans for example has product with literally thousands of detailed good reviews. Evolis could only get a 194 reviews on its best Amazon product in comparison. As Dunover says far better to concentrate on better established brands that generate more money.
One day China may discover Evolis as they did Coronavirus and sweep the world with it.
I think there are staff numbers down Dunover.
As a side note at one point Evolis was following Watermans Instagram. It would appear now though they do not.
