Well Dunover I don't know if Australia post has finally got its shit together or Evolis has improved the delivery process but four days ago I ordered shampoo and it has cleared customs already. Normally it takes around two weeks or more to arrive. I also didn't want to spend more than $100 to get free postage so the postage fee from Australia was, I think, less than previous quotes.
Bit of useless info but you never know it could be as a result of efficiency improvements.
