I don’t think so, unless they are trying to look at some other factor specifically for males.
A lot of Pharmas will not even accept condoms as a contraception method alone anymore & CROs need to just go with protocol. (7) It’s a stock standard inclusion/exclusion criteria for clinical trials & I don’t think that is why a trial of n=84 in Ph 1 were all male, there maybe was something else they were looking at (undisclosed)? Interesting all the same @silsol. Maybe some Viagra like effect? Lol
