Just had a read of their preliminary final report. Looks like there is a great deal of opportunity ahead. Can it be achieved? I reckon that at a going rate of 3 or 4c it must be a good bet. Even if only a couple of deals come off, it should start to fly.
Not much to lose, an awful lot to gain.
